I have lost my archive restore toolbar, how do I restore it?

I have lost my archive toolbar in Outlook how do I find it and restore it to
my toolbar menu?

Outlook doesn't have an archive toolbar. You must be using some third-party
add-in that supplies the toolbar. Read the documentation for that
application.
