I try to fill by cell row or column and I cannot see the color. I don't know
if it is my video card or Excel.

I suppose that you have tried with a complete new document, so it cannot be a
conditional formatting. Some ideas:
1) Do you have a default black and white printer? It should not impact, but
who knows...
2) You are in View > Normal, aren't you?
3) If you print the document (color printer or virtual printer like Microsoft
Imaging Document Printer or similar), do you see the colors in the "print
out"?
4) Could you post at http://www.mediafire.com (free and no registration
required) a sample document to which you have put colors, and paste the link
here.
