I have lost the file attachment bar below title bar- get it back?

I have lost the attachment bar . now attached files are dropped into the body
of the email ans not received

I suspect you are referring to Outlook?? The application and version
you are referring to is always helpful information. :)

Go to Tools/Options/Mail Format and use HTML.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for

Posted in the news groups thousands of times. Rich Text Format mails place
the attachment in the body. HTML and Plain Text place attachments either
below the subject line (HTML) or in a separate window at the bottom of the
email (Plain Text).

Change your mail format.
