I have Microsoft Word 2000, but I do not have my 25-character CD Key access.
What can be done in this case. Can anyone offer help with this problem?

Hi, Lodesa. If you have an OEM version of Office that was preinstalled by
your computer's manufacturer, then you will have to contact your computer's
manufacturer. If you purchased a retail version of Office, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823570 "How to Obtain a New Product Key
for Office Program Setup".

If it is a retail version contact Microsoft at (800) 936-5700 or if
outside the US see this site: http://microsoft.com/worldwide

If the software came preinstalled on your PC (OEM version) then you'll
need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement key.

If the OEM will not provide you with a replacement key contact
Microsoft and explain the problem to them. It is my understanding they
will generate a new key however you could incur a nominal fee for this
service.
