OK, I followed the set up instructions from netzero for outlook. Outlook will
now send emails, but I still cannot receive incomming emails on my outlook.
also I cannot see what emails I already have on the netzero email on my
outlook.

Do you have a free account w/Netzero? If so, they made a change last year so
you are unable to download your email to another program. You can only check
it on Netzero.com
