I have office 2000, do I use office 2003 updates?

I am running XP, I have Office2000. When I fo to any of office window
components, it asks me to insert office2003. HOw can I correct it

Control Panel. Add/Remove Programs. Check for any Office 2003 applications
that you may have installed such as Publisher 2003, FrontPage 2003 etc. If
you have any, that is what is being updated.
