You can purchase it separately but I would suggest making sure you buy from a
REPUTABLE dealer and not some cheap place which is likely selling counterfeit
software. Amazon.com is one good place and you can also buy it directly from
Microsoft.

Yes, and I would look for the upgrade version rather than the full retail
version. If you have Office Standard, you do qualify for the upgrade and is
will cost about a third of the full version.
