I have Office Student 2007 on my laptop

I upgraded my OS from Vista basic to Vista Home Premium and in so doing I
lost my
ability to use my Office Student 2007. Also if I re-load Office Student 2007
from the disc I'm concerned about having to register the software again even
though it's on the same computer. I don't want to have to use another seat.

Please help!
