i have problem with SMTP & POP3 email receiving by outlook & outl.

its long time i have problem downloading my Yahoo & other POP3 emails from my
mail boxes to Outlook or Outlook Express. i have wrote to yahoo & they told
me that problem is with Microsft ? so may you help me please

I am using all final versions;
outlook Express 6
Outlook 2003
& my OS is windows XP SP2
so is it because of SP2 ???
