i have problems of sorting the numbers

I am using windows XP. I want to sort out my chart by room numbers in excel,
from lower floor to higher floors, but a couple of units are not sorted as
per A to Z, they are still listed at the bottom of the chart.

The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.
I would suggest you post to the appropriate Excel newsgroup.
