Winmail.dat is the formatting from an Outlook Rich Text Format message that
non-Outlook/Eudora clients cannot understand. The RTF gets wrapped into a
winmail.dat. People who are sending mail to folks who they don't know are
using Outlook should send using plain text at all times.
