I have to ctrl-alt-delete because screen keeps freezing up?

When my keyboard & mouse don't respond, I hit ctrl-alt-delete and then have
to hit task manager twice before it opens, I can then close and screen is
unfrozen. Any ideas what to do?

Post your question in a group for your operating system instead of here
in the MS Office group. But think about this for a second. If the
"keyboard and mouse don't respond" then CTRL-ALT-DEL would have NO effect!
