I have to give my C.V. to multiple Companies

I have to give my C.V. to multiple companies. I have a small database for
this.
Field names : Company_To, Forwarded_To, File_Name.....

Once I click in the File_Name field I want get my biodata where I stored it
from in PC. How can I do that? What is the data type I can give?
