Do I get the prize for the largest title ever? lol

Ok I am on Windows XP, am getting a new PC next week when Windows
comes out.

I was using Word 97 for a decade or so until last month I got Wor
2007.

Now my Word 97 files open great in Word 2007, but the icon is differen
to new files I create, and it actually says "Microsoft Office Word 97
2003 Document".

What I need to know is whill these new converted for 2007 document
open and work fine with Windows 7?

Windows 7 is an operating system, it doesn't open/read the files, that't
the purpose of Word.

If you install Word (97 or later), quite likely.
