If the document is still open in Word, and if you really mean that Undo
cleared the screen, try Edit > Redo (or Ctrl+Y). More likely, what happened
is that you pressed Select All (Ctrl+A) and then hit the spacebar or the
Enter key, and that replaced the text with a space or a paragraph mark. In
that case, Undo (Ctrl+Z) will bring the text back.
If you closed the document, was it ever saved? If so, reopen it. If not,
start typing again.
