I installed handwriting recognition to office 2003 student/teacher according
to all help options i should be able to aceess the writing pad from the
language option on the toolbar but it still only shows the original language
ie us uk france options with thesaurus and dictionary there is no handwriting
area. Help plz?

In Word click on Tools=>Speech to see if it brings up
the language bar. The handwriting option should appear
on that bar if its active.
