I just downloaded the free trial for students

and I put in the code and then it asks for a product code, but I cannot find
it and it wasen't emailed to me. Whenever I open anything it says that I
cannot use it because its locked. Any help?

You didn't write it down when you were given the Product code at the
time of download? I think you might be SOL.
