I just purchased an Office ugrade but need to replace my computer

I recently purchased a permanent version of the Office software to extend the
trial version my new computer came with. The computer is having issues and
may need to be replaced. What do I need to do to use the software on the new
computer? Do I need a new product key?

If you purchased an Office cd simply install in new PC, if it doesnt
activate on line use phone activation and explain
