i keep getting a send/recieve error 0x80040116 any help?

all of a sudden my outlook 2002 slowed down. now it won't recieve mesages and
i can't delete my trash folder

well now the fun. that tool can only be used on a .pst over 2gig. my .pst
is only around 316meg, so it won't work. i can hook up to outlook express
and i works but i do much prefer outlook. any other suggestions?
