I keep getting the error 80180B04 when I use Active Sync?

I don't know if it is because I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 at home and
Microsoft Outlook 2003 at work or what the deal is? I just want to be able
to have my appointments on both systems and my axim x5....is that a
crime?!?!?! Sorry just a bit frustrated and I can't find the answers on the
website any where. Anyone got any ideas??
