I keep getting "The margins of section 1 are set outside" error

I keep getting "The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area
of the page. Do you want to continue" error. When I go to page setup and
chose "FIX", it changes the margins and I don't get errors BUT text gets cut
off at the end when I print.

Susan,

I too get this error quite often on randomly. I've read your other posts on
this matter and have tried to format to the one column, updated printer
drivers, and even have tried finding the normal.dot file to rename and have
Word recreate it upon opening the next time - I searched my entire C drive
but found no normal.dot file.

I get this message on some files, and on all files at times with different
printers. There seems to be no rhyme or reason of when this happens. Most
of the time I can trick Word by closing the application and starting it up
again. When I do that I open the file and print it first thing - that
usually works. If I make any adjustments to the file first it often cuts off
the margins again.

I'm currently in a two day funk where no matter what I do I can't get Word
to print a whole page. That's much longer than normal.

I have Word 2003 on XP. Any other suggestions? Help!
