I locked myself out

I have a dumb question. I went to the tools menu -> Startup, and
unselected checkboxes so the menu's wouldn't show up when I started my
access program, but now I want to make some changes, and I can't get
the menu's to come back, because the tools selection on the menu bar
isn't there anymore. does anyone know how to make this come back?
