I locked myself out!

When designing an Access 2007 system for others to use, I thought I'd be
smart and use "Access Options" to prevent display of the Nav.Pane, submenus,
and Access special keys.
Now I can't get in myself to change design etc

Is there any way out of this?

Does holding down the Shift key while you open the database do it for you?

k, or j, or whoever you are...

Your four tests all worked. You can quit now. In fact you shouldn't have
started; you can use microsoft.public.test.here for testing. If you have a
question about Microsoft Access, ask away - stop cluttering the newsgroup with
garbage.
