I lost many facets of Microsoft fax...

I upgraded Windows XP home with SP2 which went very well. I then installed
Microsoft Office 2003 after having Microsoft Office 2000. I made all
upgrades as required. Now I have lost several facets of Microsoft FAX. It
no longer allows me to access an address book nor does it allow me to preview
a fax before sending it. Any suggestions how to fix this? I have removed
and reinstalled the fax with no success.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, probably one for Outlook.
