I lost my addresses in contacts can only see phone

I was viewing my contacts in table form and added a column and when I entered
information into this column, the addresses were gone when I went back to
address card view. I only have phone numbers and e-mails now. What happened
and how can I fix it?

Rather hard to say since we weren't watching what you did.
Can you provide any detail?
What do you see when you open an individual Contact Record?
Did you check your View settings to see if you changed them?
