I lost my cd key. How do I obtain a new one.

On Windows 2003 Server system

The beta version gets a

List Index out of bounds (0)

when I try to start it. When I OK through the error message, it does give
me the two tabs. The MS Window tab still works; however, the MS Office tab
just gives me two blank lines where the information should be.

The current production program only has the one MS Windows tab.

Wish it worked.
