I lost my inbox, agenda, contacts.

I lost my Inbox, agenda and contacts in the outlook menu at the left side.
The inbox now appears in the Personal Folder (.pst)

Can somebody help me how to recover the .ost file containing the inbox,
agenda and contacts.
