i lost the command "news" when trying to move it into GO

when i tried to move the command NEWS into GO in outlook 2003 i lost the
command and i am unable to locate it again..any suggestions ?

Set Outlook Express as the default newsreader in Control Panel-> Internet
Options-> tab Programs
