I lost the view bar from FrontPage screen.

In FrontPage 2000:

Open FrontPage
View->Views Bar

If this menu item does not appear, hover the mouse over the Views menu
for a few seconds until the menu expands.

I lost the view bar from FrontPage screen. It does NOT appear when I click on
view. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the program

Did you hover over the menu for a few seconds or click the arrow at the
bottom of the menu dropdown?

Otherwise, Download FP Cleaner from
http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
Close FrontPage, then in FP Cleaner run the routines that:

Delete the hidden temporary files
Delete the hidden Web Cache files
Restore Default menus and toolbars

The first 2 routines are useful general maintenance, the 3rd should
restore the menu item.

If that fails, then in FrontPage:

Help->Detect and Repair
