I M HITTING KEYS FOR AN EMAIL MESSAGE, BUT NOT PRINTING?

I don't know what has happened, but today, while keying in an email message,
the addressee name was ok and subject, but on trying to type a message, no
letters. what have I done.

HTML format? Were you using text color the same color as the background?
