I need a floor template to fit objects into and windows ect

I need a tool which I can use to plot windows, doors, toilets, kitchens and
equipment. I have tried floor plans and layout plans with no success.

Can anyone help?

SmartDraw is pretty good and they have a free trial. It's powerful and
almost easy to use.
