I need a format for doing the screenshots for e-learning

Have you actually ever opened up PowerPoint?.. I ask this because there are
so many functions that are easy to find and use.. insertion of text,
pictures and other objects are in the INSERT menu.. slide design, layout,
font styles are all in the FORMAT menu.. animation schemes, slide transition
etc are in the SLIDE SHOW menu..

What do you mean, you need a format for doing the screenshots? Use Print
Screen or Alt+Print Screen and then Ctrl+V to paste (into PowerPoint or
Word).
