I need a formula!!!

I am working in Excel 2000 and I have a spreedsheet
already made but i have to make a new one and I have 4
colums of information that I would like to move into one
colum can you help me with the formula?

Use =Cell1&Cell2&Cell3&Cell4
If you require spaces in between each cell entry use =Cell1&" "&Cell2&" "
etc
