weekend differential as well of 1.25 per hour for weekend shifts betwee
Saturday 12 am to Monday 12 am. Overtime is calculated at 1.5 an
holiday shifts are double time

During evening shifts and overnight shifts i get paid breaks (2 @ 1
minutes) and supper (1/2 hour)

I downloaded a template and tried playing around with it but i jus

During evening shifts and overnight shifts i get paid breaks (2 @ 15
minutes) and supper (1/2 hour).

In the US, ALL hourly workers get a 15 minute break after each two
hour work session. They are always ON THE CLOCK.

The lunch period is NOT on the clock.

This is from the US Labor Relations Board.

Most states pay for any OT that is beyond 8 hours in a single day, and
that at 1.5 times the base rate. Some convolute it to pay only those
hours that are greater than 40 in a week.

So, in a 'normal', 'complete' "40 hour week", that would make any
weekend work as OT automatically.

The double rate polices are usually per company or per contract or per
organization.

You should post the link for the original template you used.

The 'link" you posted to your "file" will not work, as you would need
to upload the file to some web based file hosting place first and then
post that link.

Here is the original Time Sheet i was using. I saved it as a ZIP File s
i could upload it here. The shifts i work with Eastern Health
Government Employee is a 35 hr week and during the day shift there are
paid breaks in the 7.5 hour day and 1/2 hr unpaid dinner.

During an evening shift the 2 - 15 minute breaks are paid as well as th
supper break (1/2 hr) because there is no one to relieve you as you ar
working this shift alone. The overnight shift is all paid breaks 15
15 +1/2 hr.

Thank you for your help
