I have a small aptarment. I need a form for a notice to move. Can anyone

You don't need a form or a template. Just write down what you need to say.

It would be difficult for anyone else to know if there is some local legal
requirements to the document. That would need to be addressed locally.

And it is absolutely awful: "I have chose not to finish out my lease"



You chose? Give me a break--a million dollar charge for illiteracy.
Further, most leases would charge for unpaid rent until the end of the
lease. I have never seen a lease break charge. This is really awful.

I believe "chose" was a typo here. In any case, as I said previously, this
letter is just an "example."
