I need a program.HELP!!

I am looking for a program that will take my powerpoint presentation that
has links in it, and turn it into an autorun file that I can burn to a cd.
My goal is to hand out a cd that the person can pop in his computer and it
will automatically run (even if they don't have powerpoint) and it will run
smoothly with the links.
