I need a Schedule Template for a Performing Arts Center

I'm looking to find a template that will allow me to post hourly scheduled
events into a format that can be easily changed. I also need to be able to
share this information with a team. I would like the layout to be in a seven
day week with a monthly format.

you probably want to look at outlook or ms project. outlook when used with
ms exchange server lets you schedule events, share calendars, and view
schedules in various formats. ms project handles scheduling of resources
well, it is more powerful but is probably not a friendly for casual users.
