I need a template for a Receivable Balance Confirmation Memo

I'm looking for a sample/template of a letter/memo to request an account
receivable Balance Confirmation from my client - such confirmation is an
audit requirement.

Any letter template will work. I think you're looking for the content of
said letter. That's outside of the scope of these newsgroups. Try Google -
it's probably out there somewhere.
