I need a tool to migrate netwise to outlook

I am trying to migrate several accounts from netwise to outlook.
does anyone know of an effective tool to move over calendar & contacts to
outlook.

I can import messages with folders into outlook but the calendar & contacts
did not move.

Please help.

In what formats can Netwise export calendar and contacts?
