I need a way to set VB form's parent to outlook inspector

Hello

I know how to use IOLEWindow to get the correct window handle
of an inspector or explorer,but since I am using VB I don't control the
form\window creation process
Have any one succeeded to use WIN API(Set parent etc...) for correctly
setting the parent?
