is anyone aware of a template that would help calculate the financial impact
of buying an apartment building. or just a few apartments. the excell
spreadsheet should include purchase price, expected rental income, cells for
real estate taxes, utilities and other carrying costs, mortgage interest
based on specified interest rate, monthly payments, etc.
