I need help... I can't publish my page...

Ok,

I am totally dumb when it comes to this stuff...

I opened up frontpage and in normal view I 'made' my web page (I think)

What do I do next?

Really, really simple language would be great!!!

It isn't showing in the folder view and I can't get it there. How do I save
it as a htm file?

I have tried help but it isn't helping much.

THankyou - that's a start...

I went to those pages and they were helpful - but, can I clarify (I really
have no idea)

I need to download an ftp program (my server tells me i have to)
then everything will work if i follow the steps

It won't give me the ftp error message it did...?

I've got further - now my page is has just forbidden me - but I have the ftp
thing working (well, sort of)
