I just started as a receptionist in the legal field and have been given more
responsibilities, which is great, but I have difficulty drafting letters and
it frustrates me because I do know what I want to say, it is how to put it in
a professional matter-Are there any templates to help me out with this
problem I am having?

1. Templates provide structure -- they do not provide content.
2. Your employer should already have a set of templates that they use for
standard proceedings.
3. You need to discuss with your employer the wide gap between the skills
expected of you and what your actual skills are.
