I need help with a formula

Hi everyone

I'm making a stock list sheet and I like to put on it the value - and +
..

like when I take boxes out it will give me the total and when I add in
it will change also.

This is for a weekly count.


I'm very new to excel so please H-E-L-P-.

I need the instruction like u give it to a child.
