I need help with Outlook 2003?

I have been having so many problems as of late with Office 2003 I am about to
throw it away!! It has never done this until Microsoft sent several patches
and messed up my sound. My question is, What could be making my fonts and
images bigger than they are when I compose a new mail and what is making them
compress after I send them? Thanks so very much--

Are you using Word as your mail editor?

Thank You for responding--Yes indeed, I have always used Office as my editor
and not had these problems before? Does Word mess it up? Thanks again and
