I NEED HELP (Word)

Hi guys...

It is the scenario :

- I have some manuals ... each manual have several pages.
- Is a requirement that each page have in some place (at
top or bottom) a revition number and the date when the
page (not the document) was modified.

I can insert a table at the top or bottom and let the
user change the Rev. Number and Date.. but has
been "confuse" for some users...

I need another way to do that...more automatic and easy
for my users... any ideas ?... I really need help with
this.

Revision number and date for the document are easy: set Document Properties
and use DocProperty fields. There's no easy way to track changes by page.
Word has no 'page' object as such, so there's no internal record you can
use; and I'd say you have no chance of getting the user to do.

Ignore the requirement and use the document revision date; or split the
document into sub-documents and track them separately.
