I need multiple header rows

Does anyone know how I can have two header rows? So that when I sort
using "data sort" I can easily ignore the first 2 rows from my data
range.
Thanks

Select the rows you want, from row 3 downwards, before you sort.

Place the cursor in Cell A3 and do Windows > FreezePanes

Split your screen between rows 1 and 2, then freeze them.
Highlight row 3 to the end.
Sort your data (you will have to use "No Headers" option.

The freeze panes option freezes the rows OK but they are still sorted by
the data sort option. Any other ideas?

I just tried this again on my machine (WinXP, XL2003) and it worked.

When you selected your data did you make sure your header rows were NOT
selected?

Also, I was wrong before about not being able to use header rows, you
can still use the header row option.
