I need my picture to fit in a oval shape

I have inserted my picture into a oval shape, but the picture is still
square. How do I get the picture to be flush in the oval shape?

1. Create the oval shape; make sure it has the same aspect ratio as your
picture so the picture won't be distorted.

2. With the shape selected, click the arrow beside the Fill Color button on
the Drawing toolbar. Select Fill Effects...

3. Select the Picture tab.

4. Click the Select Picture... button and browse for your picture.

5. When you have found the picture, double-click it or select it and click
Insert.

6. In the Fill Effects dialog, click OK.
