Desparate to save time.

I am trying to create vacation calendars for my employees in Publisher 2000.
Our vacation runs from hire date. Example, a person is hired in July. I
need a calendar that I can set up from July 2005 to July 2006.

What do you do if you hire somebody on Feb 29?.. give them a vacation and
calendar every four years?..

They only accrue vacations and sick time on their anniversary date. ;-)

File, new, calendars, click dates, you can start the calendar at any month. If you
select the yearly option, you will have to open two instances of Publisher and do
some copy/paste operations.
