fiscal year calendar

I need to set up a calendar -- full year on one page -- for the period July
2007 to June 2008. When I try to "change dates" in Publisher, it lets me
change the year, but the months are grayed out. I tried setting it up as
month-on-a-page and then I could change to July/June, but when I change to
yearly, it again defaulted to the Jan-Dec format. I did this last year, so I
know it can be done -- but I don't remember how I did it.

When you need a one page calendar that spans two years, Publisher will generate
two calendars. Delete the months you don't need on page one, move them up, drag
the others from page two and place them on the bottom.

Hi, I was wondering if you got this to work. I tried it in 2003 and 2007,
and in both cases it will not allow you to delete out individual months. It
deletes the whole calendar. It's like all the months are grouped into a
single object, but you cannot ungroup them- do you have any further
suggestions?

Thanks! :-]

I can delete individual months. Are you using file, new, Publications for Print,
Calendars? Or a Design Gallery Object?

Hi- I've tried both. In neither case are individual months able to be
deleted without deleting the whole calendar...thanks for your help.

Are you ungrouping? Can you send the troublesome calendar to me?
